Please read the following for an easy delivery:
We use different shippers based on the least expensive of the options we have available. Depending on the size and weight of your shipment, it will go by truck, UPS, or FedEx. The majority of our large furniture items are delivered by Yellow Transportation or one of their agents. Smaller items are generally shipped UPS. On the day your items are shipped, we will send you an email with the following information: which items were shipped, the number of packages and the tracking number. At that time we will also update information on any back ordered items. Once the shipping company has your shipment at the nearest Yellow Freight facility they will call you to arrange delivery. As always, UPS delivers to your door with no prior appointment.
Shipping Rates
We offer free curbside delivery on most items, unless otherwise noted. We do not post shipping rates because of the changing gas prices. As we have found customers prefer to have merchandise arrive whole and in excellent shape rather than broken we have increased the level of shipping service for some large pieces, especially those involving glass tabletops.
For expedited and overnight delivery, please contact our customer service department either by email or our toll free phone number provided below. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico, please contact our customer service department for an estimated shipping rate. International shipping is not currently available.

Yellow Transportation Shipping:
(For oversized items, furniture and upholstery)
Basic Standard Ground Delivery is provided on most items for free to the continental U.S. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. The normal* shipping period for standard ground is between two to seven days depending on the pick up and delivery locations. Our basic service includes delivery to the curbside of your home. Customer will be notified to set a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. This service does not guarantee a delivery time. No weekend delivery is available. This service does not include opening, unpacking, or assembly.
Definite Delivery Ground trucking rates are available for the continental U.S. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico and parts of Canada. The normal* shipping period for standard ground is between two to seven days depending on the pick up and delivery locations. Items shipped by Yellow Definite Delivery are guaranteed to arrive by five o'clock the last day of the shipper's transit time. Customers will be notified for residential delivery appointments. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. No weekend delivery is available. This service does not include opening, unpacking or assembly.
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee only to the continental U. S. The normal* shipping period for White Glove Delivery is two to seven days depending on the pick up and delivery locations. Items shipped using this delivery option are taken to the room of your choice (unless multiple stairs are involved), unpacked, light set up and assembly such as couch cushions, slipcovers, sofa feet, head board and foot board is done an the packing materials are removed from your residence. This is a wonderful service if you are ordering items that have higher breakage rates such as glass top tables. If any damage has occurred during shipping the damage is noted and the item can be refused due to damage at that time. With this service, customers are notified for a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. No weekend delivery is available at this time unless arranged with the local delivery agent.
Delivery Times and Back Orders
The delivery of your order will vary by product and shipping method. Shipment of most products within the continental U. S. will occur within seven to ten business days from the date of order. You will be notified of all back ordered items and their estimated ship date. Ordering, shipping and delivery times excludes weekends, holidays and manufacturer pick up days.
Arranging Delivery
- Please let the trucking company know if there may be a problem in navigating a large truck to your home. Smaller trucks are usually available.
- All of our residential deliveries include a lift gate on the truck.
Please note; there is an additional $50.00 charge by our freight company for all residential deliveries. We pay an additional fee for this service as part of your free curbside delivery and our goal of excellent customer service. A lift gate is recommended if the item is over a 100 pounds or extremely large. You can generally expect some assistance from the driver in getting your shipment from the truck to your door or garage.
- Check the bill of lading for the number of packages in your shipment and MAKE SURE this is the number you receive. If your order includes large and small items, you may have some items shipped using Yellow Freight and some shipped using UPS or other carrier.
Damages
Our merchandise is packed with the utmost care. Once your shipment is off the truck, inspect the package carefully for any exterior damage. If any damage is showing on the outside of the box; make note of it on the bill of lading. If possible open the package and inspect the contents while the driver waits. If interior damage does exist, you should refuse the shipment. Also check the bill of lading as to how many packages are in your shipment and MAKE SURE this is the number you receive.
Tracking Your Order
Emails will be sent to you from us updating when your item will be shipped and the expected delivery.
However, we may not have the latest information available to us at the time of our emails. You are welcome to contact our shippers and check on your delivery.
