At Portfolio Furniture, we offer a specialty store shopping experience on line while providing excellent customer service, the kind of customer service you would get if you were Carrie Bradshaw shopping at Prada on television. If something isn't right with one of our products, let us know and we will do whatever we can to make the situation right. In fact, we'll listen to your idea and if you have a fair solution, we'll try to match it exactly.
Having worked for many retailers and being customers and shoppers ourselves, we hate (WE MEAN HATE!) bad customer service. You can see it's something we are quite passionate about.
We don't have a long and complicated robot sounding automated voice service. We aren't a big company but if you don't get a real human right away, speak loud and clear with your name and phone number and we will have a real person call you back right away within our customer service hours. Customer Service Hours are Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm.
